Reserve a Table

Evenings at ONÀ are small, carefully prepared, and happen only for a limited number of guests.

Each evening is different, tailored to the season, the produce, and the mood of the place.

Dinner at ONÀ starts at 8:00 PM.

All guests sit together around one shared table. There are no separate tables — conversation and shared time are part of the experience.

The menu is a 7-course seasonal affair inspired by the local nature. The dishes change constantly based on the produce we find in the region.

Optionally, you can choose:

5-course wine pairing — carefully selected to complement each dish. We highly recommend this option.

5-course non-alcoholic pairing — a selection of kombuchas, ferments, and seasonal mixed drinks.

Upon entering, you put on Bulgarian wool slippers — for comfort, warmth, and the slow rhythm of the evening.

Children over 7 are welcome. The menu and price are the same as for adults.

Pets are also welcome, if they can stay in the room during dinner.

The overnight stay is in restored village houses and is included in the experience.

Bathrooms are shared between two rooms — part of the authentic character of the place.

The following morning we offer a 5-course tasting breakfast, served slowly and at ease. (not included in the price)

Alternatively, you can have breakfast at Han Madonna, about 25 minutes from Stakevtsi.

Reservations are accepted for one evening.

Arrival: 6:00 PM. Dinner starts: 8:00 PM. Room checkout: around 11:00 AM the next day.

Full prepayment is required to confirm the reservation.

The amount is non-refundable in case of no-show or cancellation.

With at least 14 days' notice, the date can be changed subject to availability.

The village only has coverage from Vivacom and Yettel.

There is no Wi-Fi. And that's part of the experience 🙂
