Somewhere among the hills of the Balkans hides a small village that you don't find by accident.

We have two restored village houses for overnight stays.
The stay is a compliment to the dinner — so there is no rush, and the night remains part of the experience.
ONÀ was born right here — as an idea for a kitchen that does not rush, does not repeat itself, and does not try to be everything for everyone.
A kitchen that follows the season. The place. The mood of the village.
Our menu changes. The evenings are full of stories. And the experience is always a little… wondrous.
Dinner is a 9-course seasonal affair, with produce from the region and the people we know.
The menu changes with every season — following the rhythm of nature, not of habit.
You can add a carefully selected wine pairing or a non-alcoholic pairing of ferments and seasonal drinks.
Optionally — morning begins slowly, with a 5-course breakfast served at ease, without a clock.
There are no separate tables here. There is one large table with twelve seats.
Everyone sits together. No roles. No rush. Strangers become companions, and dinner becomes a shared experience.
The table gathers people who come not just to eat, but to feel the rhythm of the place.
